Professional Qualifications/ Certifications: MBA (preferable) CA or equivalent with minimum 10 years of Investment Banking experience ideally from a boutique

As an MD, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our investment banking activities in the region. You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing a high-performing team. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment banking, a proven track record of deal execution, and a deep understanding of the financial markets

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
Proven experience as a Managing Director or in a senior leadership role within a reputable investment bank.
In-depth knowledge of investment banking processes, financial markets, and regulatory frameworks.
Strong network within the financial industry and a track record of successful deal origination and execution.
