Lead an investment team who will be responsible for deploying funds into regional Private Equity investments, both direct and co-investing
Actively source, screen, and execute transactions in multiple sectors
Writing ticket sizes between $50 - $200 mln, either for Direct or Co-Investment opportunities
Making majority acquisitions with management rights
Liaison with investment partners and senior stakeholders
Hiring and leading the Private Equity investment team

Involved in the entire process of sourcing, maintaining, and exiting an investment position
Spearhead and execute the complete investment lifecycle
Perform due diligence, analyzing a prospective company's market, operations, and long-term strategic outlook
Monitor the ongoing financial performance of portfolio companies
Assist with legal documentation for the acquisition or disposition of an investment position
Present investment recommendations to the investment committee

Developing financial models, LBO models, analyzing financial statements, drafting presentations and various other documents such as prospectuses, information memoranda etc.
Undertaking valuation analysis of companies using Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis, traded and transaction comparable analysis, NAV, Precedent Transactions, Private Equity valuation and other methodologies
Work in multiple project teams and report to the VPs and the Managing Director of the division
Participating in transaction structuring, liaising and coordinating with various internal departments e.g. legal and compliance as well as regulatory authorities, external law firms etc.
Identify and shortlist potential opportunities, investors and targets for Investment Banking and Private Equity

Lead an investment team who will be responsible for deploying funds into Private Equity investments, via fund of funds and co-investment vehicles
Analyse potential fund investment opportunities which include the evaluation of the fund manager’s track record, investment strategy, value-add, and investment team
Manage and develop teams of investment management professionals providing leadership and oversight of all areas of the investment process
Present investment recommendations to the Fund’s Investment Committee

Actively source, research, analyse and evaluate a variety of private equity investment opportunities contributing to the overall evaluation process
Develop complex dynamic financial models and valuation analysis including DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, and comparable company analysis
Take part in due diligence activities which include the appraisal of the company’s past and projected financial performance, quality of its management teams, investment merits and risks, expected returns, etc.
Execution of investment agreements and transaction-related legal documentation
Analyse potential fund investment opportunities which include the evaluation of the fund manager’s track record, investment strategy, value-add, and investment team
Drafts internal fund investment proposals for approval of the Investment Committee
Assists in negotiating, structuring, and completing fund documentation
Monitor performance of portfolio companies/funds and overseas reviews of valuations
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and board/IC materials as needed
