Bachelors’ in Finance/Economics
CFA or equivalent preferred
2-6 years in the Investment area across sectors (preferably Real Estate)
Thorough understanding of valuation methods including the building of sophisticated financial models
Multi-tasking. Ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Flexibility to work across sectors when required

Ensure team stays abreast of all material factors/information (including any foreseeable changes therein) affecting investments in the key asset classes (i.e., office, retail, industrial, residential, hotel, etc.)
Assist team in originating and evaluating new investment opportunities consistent with IRE’s approved investment strategy
Assist with due diligence, underwriting, structuring, valuation, negotiation and closing of real estate investments, with a focus on risk analyses and achieving above average risk adjusted returns
Ensure accuracy of financial models and financial returns analyses
Work with relevant operating/JV partners to implement IC approved investments

Master’s OR Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Business with finance specialization preferred
Minimum of 12 years of experience of which at least 4 years in a management role
8 to 10 years within commercial real estate, ideally in real estate asset management
Strong skills in corporate finance experience with proficiency in financial modelling
Good knowledge of IFRS and Financial Accounting
Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to liaise with multiple external stakeholders and make key presentation to leadership and top management

Develop the strategy and plans for the investment management in consultation with the CFO
Provide general management and direction to maintain a diversified portfolio of properties
Lead the evaluation of proposed projects/ business opportunities and develop the strategic and annual asset management plans
Oversee and conduct detailed due diligence, feasibility analysis and financial modelling for proposed or future investments
Maximize total return for each assigned asset through the analysis of property efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improved performance
Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Monitor and keep updated with market trends, both local and global
Lead and manage a team, promote an organization culture that leads to enhanced staff motivation and retention

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
Ateast 4 years of proven experience with a focus on infrastructure investments, preferably from an M&A or Private Equity background.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Knowledge of infrastructure project finance, regulations, and risk factors.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Identify and assess potential infrastructure investment opportunities through market research, financial analysis, and due diligence.
Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis to evaluate the feasibility of investments.
Support the execution of infrastructure investment transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and private equity investments.
Work closely with senior team members in negotiating and structuring deals to achieve optimal terms.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze project economics, cash flows, and investment returns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial models.
Prepare detailed due diligence reports and present findings to the investment committee.

Review and provide recommendations on global real estate transactions
Screen investments across multiple real estate products, including residential, industrial, hospitality, office spaces, etc. globally
Responsible for covering investments across multiple geographies, USA, Europe, Asia, etc.
Provide expert advice to the Chief Investment Officer and Committee on strategic projects
Oversee real investment estate strategy and continuous portfolio monitoring
Conduct related research to capture global market trends that could impact portfolio
Management and development of junior staff within the team
